Weight loss is something almost everyone faces in their life doesn’t matter sooner or later but you will find them struggling for it. The research for the best diet or the majority effective exercise division can last for years. On the exterior side, it seems like the search is nothing but all about looking fit in the eyes of others. You’ve got to make a good impression on them, right? In order to be happy, successful and attract life mate, you have to be more confident every time and it is not possible without well developed impressive personality. Hmmmm…This is somewhat true, however, looking fit (worthy) is really about getting in touch with your own self-worth, accessing a deeper worth that is not resulting from your outer appearance. “How to lose weight” is not the only question you should be having. You don’t have to let go of the quest to lose weight, but at least try putting this question along side of it: “How can I find a sense of worth and fitness on the inside, no matter how my body looks? “You almost ask such a question, unconsciously.

As you are trying to lose weight, the above question usually appears in front of you. Since it is going to be there anyways, only thing I can suggest you to make it even more conscious. Make it more of a main concern of your life. Make self-acceptance just as equal in importance to weight loss. Then you will find the results. When you make self-acceptance the objective, with the weight loss, you are making yourself feel much better emotionally. You will start realizing that there are many ways to solve this trouble, aside from just dieting and exercising. Going for factual self-esteem gets you to look intently the problem right in its eyes. You then start to expose the core issues. It is strongly advised you get help if many wounds are evolving. There are many great books and resources on weight loss self-esteem, body image, and true self-acceptance that will take you in new directions. But the crisis and its resolution start with you. What I am saying here is that the real problem is not how to lose weight, or what to eat, etc. the real problem is self-judgment. What else can it be? You feel bad in the eyes of others if you are looking at your self through judgmental eyes. When you take of your “glasses” of self-judgment, no matter how thick they are, then you will see what the actual problem is. You take them off, by seeing how unjoyful they are. You remove self-judgment about your body image or anything for that matter, by noticing how unhelpful it is, and all together find ways to feel more self-worth.
