Bread, rice, potatoes and breakfast cereals must not be excluded in a weight loss diet because they are the supplier of energy and other nutrients to the body. Choose carbs that are unrefined but high in fiber. This way, you will feel full for a longer time and hunger will be controlled.
Vitamins and minerals are abundant in fruits and vegetables and they are the best food in the weight loss diet. Because they are bulky and contain generous amounts of water, they regulate your calorie intake.
