1. About five minutes prior to lunch or dinner, drink a glass of water or have a juice prepared from fruits or any other organic vegetables. It allows you to fill your stomach; and you can’t eat so much food.
2. When purchasing biscuits, breads and muffins, choose organic whole grains like buckwheat, spelt, barley etc. Make use of organic natural spreads that are free from additives and chemicals.
3. Try to avoid soft drinks and fruit juice; drink plain water.
4. For stabilizing blood sugar, eating breakfast is essential. It also prevents the overeating of unbalanced foods later. So, always eat breakfast.
5. Use organic natural chewing gums that are free from aspartame and other dangerous chemicals.
6. Choose organic cookies, ice cream, or something sweet such as protein shake with fresh or frozen fruits.
7. Consider using coconut oil for breakfast or lunch that helps you stabilize your blood sugar.
8. Avoid cheese and dairy products.
9. Replace your snack foods with organic snacks such as raw almonds, cashews and pumpkin seeds.
10. Avoid milk all together. You will get a large quantity of calcium from leafy greens. Or replace milk with raw milk or at least organic milk.
11. Do not change your food. Consume your food from Mother Nature.
12. Fruit should be your favorite dessert. If necessary, add small amounts of organic brownies, cake or pie.
13. Follow your body’s biochemistry and understand your body’s metabolic typing.
14. When the desire for pizza arises, buy organic pizza. Also, you can make it using organic toppings and raw cheese.
15. Try to avoid all fried foods. If you wish to eat fried food, use coconut oil.
16. Buy French fries that can be baked rather than fried. It is better to buy sweet potatoes and make them into French fries.
17. Avoid processed foods. Additives, chemicals and colors are high in calories.
18. Occasional indulgences are allowable, but don’t feel a diet has been ruined and give up because you “cheated.” Just be mindful during the upcoming days and remember that your body is constantly burning calories and fuel.
19. Walk instead of driving; use stairs in place of elevator; engage in sports or other activities.
20. Hire a personal trainer, find free workout videos or watch television exercise shows for private exercise. Play with kids and enjoy!
